ChaosUnlimit3d LLC is a California-based 3D printing business selling handcrafted physical products including fidget toys, fantasy figures, and functional items. All products are designed and produced in the United States.

2. Product Safety — Please Read Before Purchasing

⚠️ Safety Notice: Not suitable for children under 5. 3D printed parts can be fragile — rough or forceful handling may cause breakage. Adult supervision is recommended for children using these products.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood the safety warnings for the products you are purchasing
You accept all risk associated with the use of 3D printed products, including the risk of breakage under rough or forceful handling
You will not give items marked as unsuitable for children under 5 to children under 5
ChaosUnlimit3d is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. An order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until we accept and process the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

5. Returns and Refunds
