Our Policy at a Glance

All sales are final. Because our products are handcrafted 3D-printed items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our work and will make it right if there is a problem on our end.

We Will Replace or Refund If:

• Your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling (report within 7 days with photos)
• Your item has a clear manufacturing defect — visible layer separation, structural failure under normal gentle handling
• You received the wrong item

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Damage caused by rough handling, dropping, forceful bending, or use inconsistent with the product description or our safety warnings
• Minor color variation between prints (a normal characteristic of 3D printing)
• Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after receipt
• Items where breakage occurred because the buyer did not follow the fragility warnings provided at the time of purchase

Important: Buyer Assumes Risk of Use

3D printed products are not the same as injection-molded plastic. They are durable under normal gentle use, but can break if dropped, handled roughly, or used forcefully. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all risk of breakage, damage, or injury arising from use of the product. ChaosUnlimit3d is not liable for damage or injury resulting from use that falls outside of normal gentle handling.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

1. Email us at support@chaosunlimit3d.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Shipping Costs

• Our error or transit damage: We provide a prepaid return label
• All other approved returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
